Shipping
- Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be fulfilled
- Shipping rates based on weight & size of product
- Due to the higher value of our products, all of our orders that are shipped will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your order will not be left at your doorstep unattended if you are not home. If you need your order shipped without a signature, please call the shop & and we will remove the signature on delivery. Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if you choose not to have a signature.

Returns
- Items purchased online must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in new condition. Items must also be in their original, unaltered packaging, and include all packing materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We can only refund or exchange products that have not been in contact with water or lubricant. If the item is considered used – no credit is issued and the item is sent back.
- Neoprene products, masks & snorkels are not returnable.
- The best way to make a purchase is to come into the shop & try the gear on. We are here to help.
